Crew Members perform essential duties in many different areas within the restaurant, including the cash register area, grill, dressing station, fry station, lobby, and morning prep area, and provide friendly, fast, and accurate service to ensure an excellent customer experience. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Excels at performing essential tasks including runner, frontline coordinator, order taker, dining room attendant, grill operator, sandwich maker, fry station, drinks, and cashier. 
• Maintaining friendly, fast, and accurate service, ensuring an excellent customer experience and that all products consistently meet company standards. 
• Ensures the restaurant is up to company standards with regard to cleanliness, neatness, and customer accessibility. 
• Works as a team player to support other employees in completing their tasks.

Education and Experience

Math Ability

This position requires basic math skills. 

Computer Skills

Basic computer skills are required to operate POS (cash register)

Physical Demands

This position will require long periods of standing on hard surfaces, occasionally in warm and cold temperatures. There will also likely be extensive lifting supplies and materials and moderate loud noise. Using hands and arms to reach for, grasp, and manipulate objects is required. Finger dexterity may be required for cash register use. There will be constant exposure to hot equipment and oil throughout the workday.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Role models exceptional customer service to all guests. 
• Excels in performing all crew member positions
• Manages crew members and directs the daily operations of the restaurant on their shift, including opening or closing the store, ensuring all food preparation is completed, managing employee breaks and shift changes, and completing shift summary reports
• Ensures company standards on equipment, facility, and grounds maintenance
• Complies with local health and safety codes and company safety and security policies
• Works as a team member to support other restaurant employees in their duties 
• Ensures food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
• Motivates, coaches, and assists in training crew members. May give feedback to General Manager regarding team member performance or disciplinary issues
• Trains to gain the skills and experience necessary for promotion to Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant General Manager
