Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile while receiving orders and processing payments
• Prepares and packages food and drink products
• Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ability to be friendly and engaging on the phone with guests.

Ability to focus on phone calls in a fast-paced environment

Ability to handle escalated calls with confidence and professionalism.

Must be a team player and pick up shifts, if needed

Responsible for educating guests on current in-center promotions.

Responsible for arriving to work on time.

Responsible for following all corporate policies and procedures.

Responsible for center cleanliness

Other duties as assigned

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Ability to prioritize work effectively.

Strong verbal communication skills.

Ability to receive constructive feedback from team and management

Must have flexibility to meet shift requirements, be able to work flexible days/hours, including weekends

A positive, friendly, upbeat, and personable demeanor.

An ability to work independently with limited supervision.

● Delivering checks and collecting bill payments.

● Cleaning and maintaining the appearance of the restaurant

● Providing exceptional customer experience.
