Q&A with the Head of Customer Success at Workstream

Q&A with the Head of Customer Success at Workstream

We take pride in having built a team of innovative, hardworking individuals with a passion for helping our clients - and Aaron Delgadillo is one great example.  Aaron is Head of Customer Success at Workstream, based out of San Francisco and Sacramento. Holding a Master of Science degree in Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco, his graduate work in change management has allowed him to add value to both our customers and the internal teams he works with.

Nicole (N): When did you join Workstream, and what made you choose Workstream over other companies?

Aaron (A): I joined the Workstream team in December of 2018 and I have loved every minute! The main reason I joined Workstream is because I get to work with a smart and multicultural team that pushes me to do better.

N: Have you ever had an hourly job? If yes, please share with us your experience.

A: I've held many hourly jobs over the years! I've been a grill cook, semi professional mascot, door-to-door salesperson, retail store salesperson, and after-school child sitter, just to name a few.  Overall, I have many fond memories of the hourly work that I did. The one thing that stands out are the amazing managers that always had my best interests in mind and were glad to see me grow.

N: What is something you learned that you practice daily?

A: Two things that I do daily is show appreciation and to learn something new every day. I try to read a chapter of a book or read a summary of a book that will help me professionally  or personally.

N: What is the biggest challenge you’ve encountered in your career?

A: The biggest challenge that I have encountered is to learn how to learn! We are living in a time where the only constant is change and continuous learning is a must.

N: Who inspires you and why?

A: When I need a healthy dose of inspiration, I reflect on my parents' journey from Mexico to the US to pursue a better life. My parents made many sacrifices so my sisters and I could have a better life.
