REQUIREMENTS:

• Perform vehicle inspections each morning before departing the terminal

• Perform checks/balances on deliveries/pick-ups, per FedEx guidelines

• Operate a Commercial Vehicle safely & in accordance with state/local traffic laws

• Provide excellent customer service

• Responsible for cleaning vehicle at the end of day

• Report any defects regarding the vehicle (i.e. low tire pressure, bulk door not closing, etc.) 

• Commercial driving experience within the last 2 years; employment verification is required

• Must possess a professional work ethic with strong communication skills

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be at least 21 years old

• 1-2 years' experience driving stepvans, straight or cargo trucks

• Able to lift up to 150 pounds & climb stairs (dolly provided)

• Prior commercial driving experience

• Possess a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)

• Pass a Background & Drug Screen (no felonies of any kind)

• Able to work on a Saturday or Sunday each weekend

• Must have reliable transportation

• Must possess a professional work ethic

• High School Diploma/GED

• DOT Medical Exam is required

• Must provide 2 professional references for employment verification

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

This position will be asked to participate in company-wide initiatives and leadership meetings beyond normal traditional operational duties as the company begins an aggressive growth and expansion plan. Essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years in multi-unit food service leadership role required (Undergraduate degree preferred)

• Proven track record of successful P&L and operations management of at least $5-10 million in AUV

• Proven leadership skills with a strong ability to assess talent and build effective teams

• Hands on ability to direct management teams in high-volume, fast-paced environments

• Role model with high ethical standards for self and others

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
