Responsibilities:

Pizza’olos work in a fast-paced environment, where your responsibilities may include:

• Making the best pizza - the way the guest wants it made!
• Taking orders, preparing and firing GREAT pizzas right in front of the guest!
• Operating a point of sale system and cash handling
• Food preparation, general cleaning, stocking items, and maintaining a clean dining room for all our guests
• Guest interaction to include serving pizzas to the guest and inquiring about their visit
• Always cultivating the guest experience by providing fast, courteous, and sincere service - always say “YES!”

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

The good news is that your training will teach you everything you need to know to succeed on the job. But there are a few skills you should have from the get-go:

• You’re a fun and friendly person who values customers and takes absolute pride in everything you do. 
• Communication skills are key – you’re not going to be able to text message customers back and forth. In other words, you should be comfortable talking to strangers.
• You’ve got attitude - the right kind of course - and understand the need to be on time, all the time. With loads of energy, you understand that work is easier – and more fun – with some teamwork.
• You’re at least 17 years old.

Requirements:

This is a hands-on management position in one of the highest volume Little Caesars stores in the state with tremendous growth potential! QSR experience is not required but is a bonus. General Manager candidates must have open availability, at least initially. The General Manager's schedule is flexible once a competent team is in place.  A valid drivers’ license and transportation are required.
