Job Summary:

The Human Resources Assistant will perform entry-level human resource tasks and administrative duties related to the operations of the human resource department. 

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Processes required paperwork for new hires, employee transfers, changes in job classification, salary increases, benefit enrollments and other related employment matters.
• Performs tasks associated with the recruiting of new staff including, but not limited to, posting new jobs on the company’s recruiting platform, reviewing resumes, pre-screening applicants and sending job offers.
• Assists with preparation of human resource reports such as attendance, new hire, and turnover reports.
• May assist with processing payroll.
• Keeps personnel files and other HR files organized and up to date.
• Assists with HR projects and initiatives such as recognition programs, employee engagement and learning and development tasks.
• Answers and directs departmental phone calls.
• May assist with receiving and distributing office mail.
• Schedules and organizes appointments; takes minutes during departmental meetings.
• Proofreads and types documents and correspondence produced by department.
• Maintains the highest level of confidentiality regarding all information and data.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities: 

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to operate general office equipment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to type 60 words a minute.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).

• Ability to maintain confidential information.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• One to two years of Human Resource administrative assistant experience preferred.

Physical Requirements: 

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• None.

YOUR ROLE:

A CNA's main responsibility is to provide basic care to patients, as well as assist them in daily activities they might have trouble with on their own, such as bathing. CNAs maintain patient safety and keep the nurses up-to-date on vital information about the patient’s conditions. CNAs are responsible for providing quality health care in adherence with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

All applicants must be able to provide or obtain the following during the application process:

• Active CNA License
• Unexpired driver’s license/State I.D.
• CPR/BLS certification
• Physical exam (completed within the last year)
• TB test (completed in the last year)
• Two References (Required)
• Resume (Required) - with the school’s name of where you obtained the medical license
• One year of experience, preferred
• There will also be a background check and some training requirements

Responsibilities of a Dishwasher:

● Maintaining a clean and well-organized working environment while adhering to Covid 19 Guidelines
● Bussing tables to collect soiled plates and flatware
● Maintaining the availability of clean dishes at all times
● Cleaning restaurant appliances and machines
● Helping other team members to unload and store deliveries
● Assist other staff members with tasks when the need arises
● Adhere to food safety procedures and regulations
● Taking out the trash
● Rinsing garbage cans

Dishwasher Job Requirements:

● Must have minimal work experience as a dishwasher
● Must be proficient in operating with different types of dishes
● Must know and follow all food safety procedures
● Must be able to prioritize tasks
