Job Title: HR Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team. The HR Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail.


  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Assist with onboarding new employees, including conducting orientations and processing new hire paperwork
  • Maintain employee files and ensure all documentation is up to date
  • Assist with employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and documenting findings
  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and answering employee questions
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR support role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems

Physical Demands:

The HR Assistant may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time and may need to lift up to 25 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Work Environment:

The HR Assistant will primarily work in an office environment and may be required to work occasional evenings or weekends. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
