Team Members will assist in front of house or back of house operations.  Depending on experience and interest, you may be trained to be a cashier or a cook with us.  We love to cross train our team members.  You will do things like assist a guest with placing an order, help with preparation of food, or assist with keeping the restaurant clean.

Responsibilities:

The individual in this position is expected to engage in the following work-related activities and complete all training requirements including:

• Zaxby’s Front of House or Back of House Development Plan
  • Hands-on stations training
• Provide friendly, enthusiastic service for all guests
  • Promptly greet guests as they enter and thank them as they leave
• Assist with preparation of food
• Maintain awareness of current promotions
  • Explain menu items, answer questions, and suggest additional items

• Accurately complete orders and guest transactions

• Accept payments, operate cash registers, and maintain receipts

As a cashier at Wingstop, an individual will have to take and give out orders to the kitchen staff. He/she will have to be quick and efficient in communicating with crew members and kitchen staff to make sure the guests get their orders on time.
