As a Meal Assembly Team Member, you will work as part of a team to prepare, assemble and package meals to fulfill customer orders and assists with other tasks necessary for the production & distribution of the meals or side dishes.
At Dream Dinners, you will:
Follow recipes created by our Franchise Home Office teams and prepare meals based on customer requests.
Create & assemble meal prep kits daily.
Assist in collecting & bagging up customer orders, double checking that all parts are included and correct.
Prep food products per specific recipes, create batches of sauces, marinades, and other meal parts.
Prepare items requiring cutting or repackaging per menu specifications.
Maintain consistency in food quality standards.
Assist in the physical inventory of ingredients, packaging and cleaning materials.
Help prepare meals, side dishes & other add on items for our Finishing Touch freezer.
Set and organize station layout, ingredients, and utensils per schematic layout.
Stock and maintain station ingredients prior to and throughout assembly session.
Following sessions; clean stations, replenish ingredients and reset store to schematics.
Clean areas as you work.
Maintain a fun and positive store environment.
Work with the team to exceed goals & expectations.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
This position is part time between 10-25 hours per week.
Education/Experience:
Minimum of six months retail or food industry experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Food Handlers Card required (or completed within first week)
Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents in English such as recipes, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Ability to read, follow, and have working knowledge of recipes and general food handling.
Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, especially basic cooking measurements.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
