Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management
  • Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to fleet management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and fleet management software
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Physical Demands: The Fleet Manager may be required to lift and move heavy objects, such as tires or batteries, and may be required to stand or walk for extended periods of time.

Work Environment: The Fleet Manager will work primarily in an office environment, but may also be required to spend time in a garage or other outdoor locations. The Fleet Manager may be exposed to loud noises, fumes, and other hazards associated with working around vehicles.
