Job Title: Food Expeditor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Food Expeditor to join our team. The Food Expeditor will be responsible for ensuring that all food orders are prepared and delivered to customers in a timely and accurate manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure that all food orders are prepared correctly and in a timely manner
• Ensure that all food orders are complete and accurate before they are delivered to customers
• Communicate with servers and other restaurant staff to ensure that food orders are delivered to the correct tables
• Monitor the progress of food orders and ensure that they are delivered to customers in a timely manner
• Ensure that all food items are properly labeled and stored in the correct location
• Assist with cleaning and organizing the kitchen and dining areas as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience working in a restaurant or food service environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to bend, stoop, and reach
