We are searching for a skilled home health aide to join our team. In this role, you will be supporting the varied needs of our patients in their homes. Home Health Aide Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the administration of a patient’s medications
  • Follow the guidelines and policies put into place by our staff’s RNs, PTs, and OTs
  • Perform household duties, such as light housekeeping and meal preparation
  • Assist the patient with personal care activities such as grooming, bathing, eating, dressing, and using the bathroom
  • Identify and report unusual patient behavior to a medical supervisor
  • Provide patients with mobility assistance if needed
  • Perform basic healthcare services, including checking the patient’s vital signs

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Reliable transportation
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ability to monitor vital signs and collect specimens
  • Current CPR certification
  • Strong interpersonal skills
